I was amused to see that my Mom had already decorated the house for the holidays. As soon as I walked through the door, I had to think twice about what month it was. According to her, it's never too early to foster the Christmas spirit. While Christmas is often associated with the colors red and green, my Mom has never bought into them. This year, she is recycling last year's silver, blues and purples. Such colors still create a magical winter wonderland, wouldn't you agree?
